AIT Services, Inc.  Patented "V Series" Evaporators have been longtime front-runner in the manufacturing Wastewater Evaporation Systems and Sludge Dehydration Equipment. AIT’s innovative approach, and long successful history producing some of the most cost efficient and user friendly equipment for the processing of industrial sludge waste, has now been incorporated in the waste water evaporators it produces.

AIT’s products have been put to the test in over one thousand industrial locations under the harshest environmental conditions since 1985.

The professionals at AIT have researched the market, listened to their customers, and talked to owners/operators of other equipment. The communications, observation and research convinced the AIT staff that others had only partially addressed the problems associated with waste water vaporization. Addressing the fallacies of other systems, while incorporating their own stringent quality and design criteria, the Evap-O-Dry "V Series" was developed. The beginning of 2013, we started develping and testing our new models, "OFE V & H Series" (Oil Field Evap) Evaporation System for inputs up to 860 bbls/day, with many standard features. We are happy to say, as of Jan 1, 2014, these models are available. Give us a call for more details.

Numerous problems exist with evaporation systems in place today, ranging from precipitated solids handling, corrosion, limited fuel source capabilities, high energy consumption, limited g.p.h. capabilities, operator attention, cookie cut design restrictions, inadequate customer services to air emissions compliance/assistance and guidance.
